Additionally, businesses or individuals conducting operations considered illegal within the United Kingdom are strictly prohibited from using our platform. Any such accounts will be terminated without notice and associated data will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

3. Uptime and Availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime, but availability is not guaranteed. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do, however, provide support to assist with issues as they arise. In the rare occasion of downtime of our service, we do not offer any compensation.

4. Account Usage

Each account is intended for individual use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through our partner Stripe. Please allow up to 15 minutes for payment status to be reflected on your account. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase in accordance with UK consumer rights for digital services. To request a refund, please contact support at [email protected].

6. Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time with 1 month notice. When updates take effect, continued use of the service will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may request deletion of your account and data.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account for violations of these Terms and Conditions, or after prior warnings for misuse. Termination decisions are made at our sole discretion and may be issued without further notice in cases of severe or repeated violations.
